FOUNDER'S OFFICE FELLOW

Sit next to the founders and keep the business organized. Chambiar is the organizational layer that manages and measures work across every system a team already uses, and this is the role that helps keep the company itself running: strategy, operations, and the coordination work that makes everything else move. Including, when it helps, the raise.

This is a 12-week remote fellowship for undergraduates who want a front-row seat to how a company actually operates, not busywork. About 12 hours a week, flexible around your class schedule.

You'll work on market and competitor analysis and positioning, build and maintain operational systems like trackers and dashboards, handle partner and investor coordination through CRM and outreach tracking and follow-ups, and help assemble the data room and diligence materials when the round calls for it.

What we're looking for: a currently enrolled undergraduate, sophomore year or above, at a college that can grant academic credit for an unpaid internship. U.S.-based and 18+. Organized, analytical, and discreet, with interest in business, strategy, operations, or how startups get built. Comfort with spreadsheets and AI tools is a plus.

The details: 12 weeks, about 12 hours a week, remote, college credit and unpaid. Apply by August 31 at 11:59 PM ET. Starts September 15.
